Wir laden ein zu einem Bastelnachmittag ins Laudate Haus in Edinburgh, bei dem wir gemeinsam Weihnachtsschmuck für den Basar herstellen: Samstag der 4. Oktober, ab 14:30 Uhr bis 17 Uhr
Wir zeigen euch wie man Strohsterne und Fröbelsterne bastelt. Jeder darf jeweils einen mit nach Hause nehmen, der Rest ist für den Verkauf bei Basar! Ausserdem werden wir noch gemeinsam einige Weidensterne für den Basar basteln.
Wer nicht den ganzen Nachmittag Zeit hat, kann auch für kürzer kommen, wie es euch passt. Anmelden müsst ihr euch nicht, kommt einfach vorbei!
Natürlich soll dabei auch das Miteinander nicht zu kurz kommen: Zeit für Gespräche und eine Tasse Tee oder Kaffee - mit Keksen - gehört genauso dazu wie das Werkeln selbst. Gedacht ist der Bastelnachmittag in erster Linie für Erwachsene, aber Kinder ab ca. 12 Jahren sind auch willkommen. Wir freuen uns auf einen kreativen und fröhlichen Nachmittag mit euch!
_You are invited to join us for a ‘crafternoon’ at the Laudate House in Edinburgh, to make Christmas decorations together for our Christmas Fair: Saturday, 4 October, from 2:30pm to 5:00pm
We’ll show you how to make straw stars and Fröbel stars. Everyone can take one home; the rest will be sold at the Christmas Fair! We’ll also make some willow stars together for the Fair.
If you can’t make it for the whole afternoon, feel free to just drop in for part of the time - whatever suits you. No need to register, just come along!
Of course, it’s not just about crafting: there’ll be time to chat over a cup of tea or coffee - with biscuits - and enjoy the company.
The crafternoon is mainly intended for adults, but children from about 12 years old are also welcome. We look forward to a creative and cheerful time with you!_
